To facilitate high-performance middleware operations and database synchronization, SITS collects specific technical and administrative details:
- Administrative Profiles: Full name, corporate email address, password hashes, and company CNPJ/Tax ID details provided when you create your administrative Account.
- Connection Parameters: Authenticated database API keys, server IP addresses, schema mapping definitions, and security credentials necessary to Setup integration gateways.
- Integration Metadata: Operational metrics, including payload sizes, transit latencies, connection logs, and system error rates. SITS does not store or process raw transactional PII unless explicitly directed by custom visual filtering rules.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
All gathered information is processed strictly to maintain the functionality of our middleware engine:
We utilize administrative data to verify corporate entities, manage security profiles, and send active pipeline status notifications. Technical connection parameters are processed solely to establish secure database sync tunnels, perform automated schema validation, and retry failed webhook transfers. Performance telemetry is monitored to optimize transit speeds and prevent network bottlenecks.
3. LGPD & GDPR Data Subject Rights
In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), users and corporate administrators retain full control over their registered information. You have the right to request access to your stored connection profiles, correct inaccurate or out-of-date company records, request the complete deletion of your administrative SITS profile, or export your integration blueprints to another system.

4. Data Storage and Transit Security
SITS incorporates bank-grade security protocols to prevent data breaches. All connection parameters and database credentials stored inside our platform are encrypted at rest using advanced AES-256 protocols. Payloads in transit are transferred exclusively via TLS 1.3 tunnels, utilizing sandboxed processing nodes to ensure absolute isolation. SITS retains operational logs only for the active duration required to verify compliance.
5. Cookies and Local Consent
We utilize functional and analytical cookies to remember your active session parameters, secure your dashboard login, and capture general platform usage statistics.
